well the whole thing just takes a long time in my opinion but the staff are very fast to respond. The shipping prices are decent and its safe to say its not a scam but there might be better agents im not a bot guys i swear but yeah its not a scam but the only thing i dont like abt it is how long everything takes like to refund to do this to do that just takes uneeded time
