Your refund request was acknowledged, you were informed about this delay, and it is currently being handled by the relevant department. We would like to reassure you that the deposit is refundable, as stated, and it will be completed. We sincerely apologise for the extended timeframe and any frustration this has caused.

We are also very sorry to hear that your consultation left you feeling dismissed or undervalued. This is not the experience we aim to provide. Our consultations are intended to be attentive, and patient-focused, and we regret that this was not how it felt to you.
