After a season of mowing with the Anthbot Genie, i´m still a happy user. It´s my first experience with a smart mower and it´s great. I´m a kickstart backer, so i´ve seen all the progress they made. The team did listen to the feedback and used it to improve. They´ve improved a lot because of that. The support is Amazing, I had good contacts with the Anthbot employees. Also the community of other users is lovely, they´ve printed extra accessoires etc. I´d recommend these mowers as they´re really good price/quality.

I absolutely love this company. We own 3 Genie 1000’s that help maintain our properties. Anytime I have any question or issue, they are extremely prompt to respond. They put customers at the top of their priority list. The main reason I decided to give ANTHBOT a try!

Ho acquistato un anthbot pion lo scorso anno e mi sono trovata benissimo ... purtroppo fuori garanzia ha avuto un piccolo problema ma azienda é stata disponibile nel venirmi incontro a risolvere il problema... consiglio anthbot... un robot super efficente e prato tagliato benissimo.

First, the product is good quality and the whole purchasing project went in a fast and correct way.
I received the mover within 1 week and I could track the delivery via app.
I needed some support, and the team was very helpful

Bien sûr il y a toujours quelques propriétaires de robot Anthbot qui rencontre des problèmes mais Anthbot prends et aide les problème très rapidement

Buying my Genie 600 was the best decision I’ve made in a long time!
It’s super quick to set up, has tons of features, talks to you, and even has lights for dusk and nighttime.
It reliably follows its chosen paths, trims the edges neatly, and then returns to the charging station.
The rain sensor reacts quite quickly, so it doesn’t have to work in the rain. After a preset pause, it resumes mowing where it left off when it started raining.
It operates very quietly, and with its 5 blades, it cuts the grass very cleanly.
There have been no issues so far. I can absolutely recommend the Anthbot Genie series and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

This company is really standing behind their products; it has been such a great experience.
I initially hesitated as there are so many scams out there these days.
But went for it and not regretting it a single day. I bought the Genie 600 1 year ago and ever since my grass lawn just looks perfect while I can just enjoy and do something else.
I recently had a minor issue but was assisted by Anthbot support folks just by posting my issue on the official Anthbot community Facebook page. They also listen and act on improvement ideas which are rolled-out as over-the-air Firmware updates.
You can really trust this company to deliver on their promise.

Great experience with Anthbot, great mower robots with great cutting capabilities and overall performance( 5 blades ),very easy and fast setup, nice intuitive app to control your robot, great support from their team, very responsive and customer oriented. Fully recommend!

I’ve had a good experience with Anthbot so far. Everything has worked as expected and their customer service has been great too. Whenever I had a question, they replied pretty quickly and were helpful.

I also like that they stay active with their community in their Facebook group. They share updates and run different activities, which is nice to see. The community itself is also great, you can get help or useful tips from other members as well.

We are very pleased with our Anthbot Andy! Once we learned the nuances and received quick help from the Anthbot team we had a successful mowing season. Looking forward to Andy doing my work for me this season.

Bought my genie robot last year . Put it away for the winter on re starting for the new season had a few issues remapping the lawn !! After a few messages and emails of things to try I can confirm everything is as it should be !
I can’t thank the ANTHBOT team enough and I would 100% recommend the genie mower to anyone

Bought the Genie600 a couple of weeks ago - brilliant investment.
Super easy to install, excellent quality, sees all obstacles, easily navigates through the garden - absoloutly recommend

I'm testing an Antboth robot lawnmower with a lidar system. The quality of the product is immediately evident from the packaging, which is truly thoughtful. The product is made from excellent materials and has pleasant colors, unlike other robots! Purple is a trademark of this brand 💜. Speaking of the cut, I have to say I was amazed. The robot isn't huge, but it allows for a regular and precise cut. Furthermore, the Antboth team is impressive; they respond very quickly, which means their support is truly efficient! Thank you so much, Antboth.

We have had our two AnthBot Genies since the beginning of last year and have been very happy with their performance.
I would recommend that you check them out if you’re interested in robotic lawn mowers.

Propriétaire d'un génie 600 depuis quelques mois. J'en suis pleinement satisfait, il me fait gagner énormément de temps. De plus Anthbot possède un service après-vente au top. J'ai eu un soucis avec mon robot tondeuse, le soucis a été réglé en moins de 3 jours avec un échange standard dans la foulée, j'ai reçu la nouvelle machine et après j'ai pu renvoyer mon ancienne machine. Je recommande a 100% Anthbot 💪🏻

Very frustrating experience from start to finish.

The setup is fundamentally flawed. You’re told to position the mower away from the house for RTK accuracy, yet it also requires strong WiFi and Bluetooth at the same time. In reality, this makes setup extremely difficult or impossible.

After several failed attempts, I managed to map the garden, only for the upload to fail repeatedly with “poor network environment” errors, even when standing beside the router.

The app also incorrectly reported the battery as below 30% despite being fully charged for over 48 hours, which blocked mapping and caused the map to be lost entirely.

Overall, the combination of poor connectivity, unreliable software, and conflicting setup requirements makes this product extremely difficult to use. It feels unfinished and not ready for real-world use.

I would not recommend it based on my experience.
