I received my sword yesterday and am immensely pleased! It is indeed better in person than the pictures depicted. I am proud to add this to my collection. Thank you!

Our dispute basis:
i) antique-swords.eu is our Copyrighted trading style and TrustPilot has no legal right to use it here.
ii) TrustPilot reviews, good and bad, are easily fraudulently made (just Google "TrustPilot reviews for sale". Fraudsters including competitors claiming to have had a "buying experience" (e.g. "I emailed the web site and did not like them") can post a review.
iii) TrustPilot offer web site owners like us a paid for subscription service with multiple benefits, such as making getting rid of negative reviews a lot easier if not guaranteed. This we say is coercion / blackmail.
iv) We were invited by TrustPilot to leave a review for them on their own site. We did, an honest one star review, which was immediately automatically removed and which TrustPilot has refused to reinstate. We believe this substantiates iii).
v) We tried to leave honest one star feedback for another company (unrelated to us / our business) who is a paid TrustPilot subscriber. The review was immediately removed. We appealed, a human TrustPilot support member reinstated the review whereupon it was immediately automatically removed again. We appealed a second time, the exact same thing happened. We believe this substantiates iii).
vi) Defamation / coercion. We had one 5 star review yet were given a 3.7 Average TrustPilot rating. TrustPilot said this was correct, and we needed to get more 5 star reviews to get an overall 5 star rating! The 3.7 rating first seen by internet users is of course false and defamatory. TrustPilot's "solution" to get more 5 star reviews is coercion to force us to use / accept their unlawful commercial site; we do not.
Please, take TrustPilot reviews with a pinch of salt; use the genuine review platform on our site if you have bought from us / want to see what our actual customers say.

I have recently purchased my third successive Napoleonic sword from Antique Swords EU and can testify that I am very pleased with the result. The quality and range of material offered is superb and I am happy to recommend this company to the novice as well as the experienced collector. If you want something a little special from a dealer who is knowledgeable, courteous, and responds with speed then look no further

Very nice GR V sword in very good condition exactly as described. Fast shipping. The dedication put in packing up the sword for shipping is highly appreciated. Planned to get the next sword into my collection from Antique Swords without hesitation.
