Emailed this company about a color difference in what was pictured versus what was sent to me. I got a couple short and curt emails back from this company basically telling me that they don't care and it's not their fault. I'll have to buy additional fan blades to get what I had wanted.

Wobbling issues. Plus keeps going to high speed by itself! Co stated would report to mfg. But still nothing heard. Tons of literature on issues with wobbling, which should be an indication of numerous complaints. I will try to return. Update later. On customer service.

The chandelier was everything g it was advertised and we are extremely pleased with how fast we received it and how great it looks installed.

The antler chandelier looks better than I expected. They were very fast in getting it to me. Overall very happy and would order from them again.

My husband is an electrician and says all lights must be grounded per the NEC (National Electric Code) but the light system is NOT grounded and would not pass inspection on a permitted job. Other than that, we love them. I would say appearance is good. Could be better but would also cost more. Customer service was excellent when I had questions!

I purchased the beautiful ceiling fan and I created an account on line but something when wrong with it. I called customer service a very nice lwoman answered my call and I asked her a couple of questions which she was very helpful and answered everything. The fan is beautiful and quiet. The only issue I had was trying to use a universal remote I had it didn't fit inside the hanging bracket so I mounted it in the attic.
