Arrived right on time
Arrived right on time, easy instructions and assembly, little tuff getting remote and wires hooked up. I'm not sure but after installed turn on and it will shut itself off after awhile?
I do wish it didn't have the remote or had option for pull chain for the lower ceiling installs.
Great product, I love it.

on your instructions would be nice to…
on your instructions would be nice to no exactly they type/size bulb along with the shape that you indicate.
Cover has a hole that is way to large for the nut, when I talked to you indicated you were aware and working on the issue.
Did notice on the box that a few of the antlers were touching the cardboard and could have been easily damaged in shipping, box need to be just a little bit bigger.

Just received our CastAntler order
Just received our CastAntler order. We were very pleased with the packaging. Once opened, the deer antler chandelier was everything we were hoping for- realistically shaped antlers, color, size, and proportion. We are thankful for your product!

We're a small family business. Very frustrating, this is not even a real customer. Google removed almost all of our shopper approved reviews and is giving us the run around on why. To counter this, we joined trust pilot to gain new reviews. Trust pilot emails got hacked and suddenly we get this fake unflattering review.

This would have been a 5 but the lag time from ordering and actually getting a tracking # took to long . The product was is perfect shape when it arrived. It was almost missed from not ringing the door bell. I had a signature required on the product but no signature was ask or given. I dont blame the vendor for this only UPS for using subs. I have had problems just the day previous from UPS delivering to the wrong address and almost lost what I had purchased.
