Never received my order been over a month. Reached out over email , Facebook, and Instagram and no response. Filed claim with my credit card company and will file with attorney General in Nevada. I suggest everyone else do the same

This site is a scam. Complete fraud. Their login and payment system is broken now. No orders shipped. Products are fake, the images are taken from other websites.

How do you dispute this and get your money back?
I ordered on the 28th of November and have not received anything yet. I've emailed them a couple times and have not gotten any emails back.

TOTAL SCAM! I've been waiting for mine for 3 months now. They NEVER respond back to inquires, but they keep sending alerts saying shipping is delaye. The last one said it would be shipped on the 12th or 13th of December, and of course it wasn't. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have emailed this company and had NO response. I paid £57 for a plushie for my granddaughter and I am worried it will not be sent . I ordered 4/12/22. Don’t use this site.

TOTAL SCAM! They will not respond to email and as soon as you make your purchase you get an email saying "shipping will be delayed" then you will never hear from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I have to dispute a payment because I didn't look here first.

Scam company, no product sent and been blocked from contacting them

I ordered from this company on the 13 of November and was promised an email confirming shipping for the 28th, i never received said email and emailed them a week later, no response,
i did receive an email from them stating shipping would be late and my product would be shipped by the 11th or 12th of december as they didnt expect as many people to order from there,
i will notify again by the end of december as im sure this site is a scam but also could be extremely busy

Disclaimer: I have not ordered from this site. I was about to, when I looked it up and came across this page. But somebody I know ordered from there and have not received their order, which was why I started looking into it.

I did some digging, though.

The domain has only existed for 3 months. All their product images appear to be lifted from AliExpress. That doesn't necessarily mean it's a scam, they could be buying off-the-shelf plushies wholesale and sewing in added weight, and just using the manufacturer provided photos.
But, the thing that should 100% convince you this is a scam: Their reviews are all lifted from AliExpress listings. All the review images are literally hosted on alicdn, and if you dig around with Google Reverse Image Search, you can find the original reviews they took the photos from on AliExpress, with the exact same text underneath it. No legitimate seller would take reviews from another website and claim it as their own, and may I also add, the original products often aren't even available in the large sizes listed on Anxiety Plushies, despite using the exact same product photos.

All the weighted plushies you can find on AliExpress, Amazon and similar are small and not that heavy, around 3-4 lbs.
Large weighted plushies do not seem to exist, which is a shame. I would suggest to anyone in the market for such a thing to make your own out of any plushie you can find, by carefully cutting a hole, removing some of the stuffing and replacing it with flaxseed, bird seed, dried beans, plastic pellets or similar, and sewing it back up. Or buy a weighted blanket, which are sold everywhere, and you can get them in a wide range of weights. Just avoid buying anything from this website if you value your money.

I placed an order on November 27, 2022 and was charged, but have no response from the company despite reaching out multiple times to their customer care which does not seem to exist. This place is a scam

Same experience as other people on here, ordered over 2 months ago was told it would dispatch on 28/11 and I could get an email confirming this. Emailed a week after this date with no response and haven't received my item. Will be disputing with my bank!

I had ordered a plushy for my boyfriend on the 16th of November. When the 28th of November hit, I watched my email for notifications because that was when the plushies were set to ship out.

On the 10th day without notification, I sent an email asking for the status of the plushy. I did not receive a response.

I did a little digging into the company and its address, which led to a location that's definitely not selling plushies. (It was just the address of a shop that sold luxury grills.)

Did even more digging. The plushies found on the website are sold on Amazon by a completely separate company. (With really good reviews.) Anxiety Plushies appears to have stolen the images from there.

The website's encryption certificate was issued to it in September, the same month its Facebook page was created.

This was clearly a website hastily made for the holidays to scam people.

I've already filed a fraud report and my card has been frozen for safety. Getting gifts for my loved ones will be difficult this year because of these fakers.

They're a scam! I ordered on October 11th, I emailed them on the 24th wondering where my package was. I talked with "Kayla", who sent me this: "All our products are on preorder for the holidays due to high demand. More information about this can be found on our product pages, FAQS, or other related pages. Here is a snippet from our product page: "⭐ IMPORTANT: This product is currently in PREORDER due to limited quantity! Estimated to ship out the last week of November, and arrive 1 to 3 days after.""

So when the last week of November came and went, I emailed them again on the 6th of December, asking when my package would arrive. They still haven't gotten back to me, and I doubt they will.

This place is a total scam....I should have searched for these reviews prior to placing my order. I placed the order on November 22, 2022 as a Xmas gift and they took my money and have never heard from them again. They even go through the ShopApp" which I thought made it legit. I've sent multiple emails and have had no response.

I got scammed by them too. The last response I got from someone named Kayla said it will ship out end of November. December is almost over and no items have been received. I had been emailing them since 11-30-2022 and no response.

I ordered on October 15th thinking I'd have them by the end of October. I ordered 5 as Christmas gifts. I got an email after I placed the order that said they'd be shipped out Nov 28th and arrive in a couple days after. The site didn't warn me about that until after I paid already. I still don't have them and I have sent 3 emails and have not gotten a response at all. Tomorrow I'm calling my bank to reverse the charges. Don't order from this company!!!!

I placed 2 orders 11/17/2022. I have not heard one thing from this "company". They have not shipped my product. They have not responded to any emails. They have blocked me from sending messages. They have deleted my messages. There is absolutely no customer service
I noticed today 12-19-2022 that they removed all signs that they ever existed on Facebook!

Still waiting to receive my order, which I paid for on the 1st November. They said my order would be shipped on the 28th November and arrive within a few days I have emailed but have received no reply.

Scammers. I ordered on 12/10, emailed asking where my order was a few weeks later to be told they would be sent out last week of November. I've emailed numerous times since to have 0 response from them at all and still no order!

Huge SCAM! Get your money back right now if you see this, don't waste your time sending emails because they will not reply.
Ordered it on the 14th of October and still nothing.
