Great service from an order and…
Great service from an order and delivery perspective but was very disappointed to discover the 48 cans of beer that I ordered only had a use by date of less than 2 months, I paid top dollar for these and so feel it would have been helpful to have been made aware that the shelf life was coming to an end before I ordered that volume.

Really sorry for the inconvenience, we try tome move stock as fast as possible but in rare occasions it does happen. The way you have to look at it is 48 cans in less than 60 days, totally doable 😊

As ever the wine is fabulous
As ever the wine is fabulous and delivery excellent. However it would be helpful to have the delivery tracking details so we know which day it will be delivered as I missed the first attempt and it was a real pain to make arrangements for redelivery. Other minor grumble is about the plastic packaging. While it is extremely effective in protecting the bottles I would rather it wasn’t plastic.
These 2 minor grumbles shouldn’t put you off ordering wine from this company as they are fantastic and very responsive with any issues or questions!

Thanks for the great review LizJ, really appreciate it. We are working on a solution for the tracking to be automatically sent rather than when requested.
Regarding the packaging the box and plastic container are recyclable, but it is extremely hard to find an alternative to the inflatable wallets. To be completely transparent , FedEx still manages to smash 1 in 10-12 deliveries 😅
