Excellent customer service
The engineer who attended was excellent. He serviced our boiler last year and this. We had some questions as our heating wasn’t operating as it should. He was knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. Polite, friendly and informative!

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from gathering information on there website, to booking. Once confirmed, had reminders sent lots of commumication regarding appt day & time slot, also recieved a phone call to say they was on there way. When arrived he showed ID badge was lvery polite professional & friendly & got straight to work 100% customer service, commumicated throughout visit, once finished got certificate of work completed out etc. Very happy & impressed will 100% be using them again next year.

Reliable, courteous and great experience
I have have been using Any Gas Service for my boiler service for several years now and will continue to do so.
I love the ease of booking on line, transparent and good prices, and the engineers are always on time, very courteous and polite, and just generally nice guys. They send a text message the day before to confirm the time window too so really handy to plan around them.
When your boiler service is due, they send you a reminder which is really good too.

Better if reset had been done by engineer
Tenants were without heating and had to manually reset the boiler after the engineer had left. Presumably boiler went into a fault state for some reason associated with the tests that had been performed. Would have been better if the engineer had remembered to check that the heating was still working at the end of the visit.
