Not taking responsibility for their mistake
Do not book their service! I ordered a translation and part fo that price was 2nd class postage. Weeks later and the letter still hadn't arrived so I wasnt sure they actually had sent it given there was no proof. So I then paid £12 extra just to get it sent as I needed the document urgently by now. 1 week later I get informed by my local post office that they received a letter for me that hasn't got enough postage on it so I have to pay an additional £1.50 to receive it which i did. That was their letter they sent into he first place. So I have now paid £13.50 extra for something that they made a mistake on in the first place. When asking for reimbursement they claimed its not their fault. Kit The project manager who responded was actually saying it has got nothing to do with them. How is that? You sent the letter with not enough postage! Great way of forcing your customers to spend a further £12 on your service.
