Was a bit concerned that my Insurance claim would become very complex, as I had never claimed through the Estate Management before but it proved to be a pleasant surprise. During the month of March 2021 my car was declared a total write off and it was necessary for me to make a claim. This involved a link up with Zurich in Portugal and in the UK. Amazing! Anthony Bristow dealt with our claim when the pubs were shut down due to Covid 19. My husband and I both fell in love with Anthony and want to marry him. He persisted with the insurers and took our miserly offer of £6000 up to £30,000 through sheer grit and determination not to allow the insurers to get away with a small offer. We would definitely use him again even if he does turn down our marriage proposal, we'll still love him!
