One travel after the scam they did with me last month n, I reported them to the police, after I put review about them in Trustpoilt, |They put pressure on me again to take the review out by calling me many times and send fake letter,
I discover today they cancel my flight because they had the reservation number | I cant get flight again same time same price, They real scammer , I have to contact the police again.
On his way out my husbands ticket wasn't booked jist an e-ticket was issued. After many phone calls a one way ticket was issued at the last minute and when he refused to travel without a return ticket one was issued and we've just realised last night that it isn't a legitimate return and now my husband is stuck in Kenya without a seat on the flight back home 😞
Today, 30th April 2025, we still haven't received a return ticket for my husband even despite having emailed them that he had only taken enough meds for the week and needs to be back home
The Airline cancelled my flight to the US, and reaching them was impossible; they were completely unresponsive. I decided to contact this company for help with rescheduling my flight. Eric, one of the customer representatives, efficiently helped me reschedule and upgrade to Business class. He explored all options and secured the best upgrade fare available. Everything was seamless with this company. Without a doubt, I will choose this company again in the future. Highly recommended!
