This company is absolutely shocking

This company is absolutely shocking. I ordered a necklace for my wife’s Christmas and I received a torn box with some tiny little Pom poms. No gift box and no necklace. There is a note in a plastic bag apologising for the condition of the item. This cost nearly £40 and I am extremely angry and disappointed that this company can pass this off as acceptable. I have asked for a complete refund but not heard anything yet. Do not order from this company.

Absolutely shocking service and company…

Absolutely shocking service and company to deal with ordered and item from them 14 days ago still not arrived, keep chasing them and all I get from them is a tracking number,they are completely shocking and maybe scammers, tracking system hasn't changed for days, there customers relationships skills and service is 0,all you get is thank you for your patience,here is your tracking number
I would recommend anyone thinking of using them to think twice , I I believe you will never get your goods as I haven't as of yet , and I'm not holding my breath that they will arrive

Do not buy from this company

Brought s xmas present for wife. Never arrived. Found out since the item was delivered to a wrong address. Have emailed them numerous times with proof of non delivery. Even a lost item reference number from the post office. They ignored all emails and as yet 5 months on have not had any communication or refund.

My mistake ordering from these

My mistake ordering from these. The just breathe ring. Decided not suitable impossible to return. They wanted shipping fees. Replenish fees! Got refund eventually of 7.00 paid 20 odd for it. Ring 7.00 on eBay. Do not buy from these EVER. Tried to adjust it its in the bin now

If I could give it ZERO stars I would

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. It's been over 3weeks and nothing. XMas came and went. But The wife's birthday is early Jan, so I can give it then. We'll that came and went with nothing. No gifts and no e-mail. I paid extra for expedited shipping. If I knew it was coming from China and not in stocks I would understand. I know why I never shop on line.

Bad communication and delivery-Update

After about 5 days of no shipping info or any other communication, I reached out for an update. Finally got a shipping update. The item is coming from China. I had over 2 weeks from Christmas. It is now past Christmas and I still don't have it. Not impressed with the lack of updates/communication and very irritated at the length of time to get the product.
Update. I received the order after Christmas. I stand by my review. If you know it's peak season, either hire more staff or make it very clear on your website that there will be a long delay so that the customer is aware.

Updated review

I ordered a piece of clothing recently and am still waiting for a notice of shipment. i am wondering if it was legitimate or another online scam. 12/12/2024.
I am happy to update,
the clothing arrived and my wife loved it so I am changing my review. I also appreciate their email to me checking on the delivery because of my 1 star review previously.
I would encourage them to change their email notification to be more clear.

The bracelets were not as pictured and I requested a refund. The company would not allow me to return them for a refund. They did offer me $5 back. I won't ever do business with them again, and I recommend you really research anything you are looking at with them. And find their refund policy!
