Estimated delivery says between 2-5 days. It has been just short of a month since I ordered and had NO communication other than order confirmation email in which must be automated upon order.

Have tried reaching out to customer service on 2 occasions (through email and instagram) and have been ignored.

Do not order!! It’s been a month, no reply to any polite emails requesting information about my order. Complete scam!

I get an email to review when I'm still waiting since feb 16 for my order...
What is there to review?? Finally received it and they were nice enough to refund my shipping cost.. now let's see how long that takes..

Just got mine in the mail a couple of days ago. Took a while but I can admit the wait was worth it. Great work. Love the whole idea of this. For sure a fan and I'll be coming back for more. Just two questions. Is it a real key? And are they all numbered?

I have seen all the reviews that say their orders never came, but I have ordered a total of 7 items so far from them and I have received all 7 with no issues. I love the artwork and have it hung all over my office. Never had a bad experience so I recommend!

Commissioned a custom piece and couldn’t be happier with the service provided, Andrew and his team delivered on my idea quickly and went above a beyond to deliver such a beautiful result. I have also previously bought other non custom pieces which have arrived promptly and have been amazing!

Incredible handmade art work and even better service, had a frame of mine damaged while moving and sent an instagram dm to see if I could purchase a replacement. Replied within a couple of hours and sent it off free of charge which I was amazed by. Nothing but 10/10 work and service, couple companies out there with a similar body of work but honestly don’t compare to the quality apart studios have been providing the past couple of years.

The detail and craftsmanship really blew me away, order was delivered quickly and suitably packaged. Communications throughout the process was fantastic, couldn't recommend enough.

I ordered 2 items on 28 of November, have been waiting one week and nothing change: no shipping details, no text messages, nothing. After i texted them, they told in the end of the week, then in the begging of the next week. And in the end of the day they stopped to answer me. I asked couple times to send me money back, make claim through the apple pay, posted few bad reviews. And really after that i received am email that they have been start the money back. Awful service! look like a scam.

Ordered twice as thought the 1st time could have been a genuine delay but ordered again paid in full and delayed again then given 2 tracking numbers one that is non existent, after e mailing a few times then sending a msg on instagram as they seem to not have mobile phones or land lines wherever they are I’m still waiting for my delivery and still had no response. Great products but absolutely Terrible costumer service that is letting the company down.

Probably best thing I’ve bought 🤣 will defo be back for more, keep it up!

Order and never received item. Emailed numerous times for information and or refund, no replies to date, completely ignored. Do not order from here, you cannot reach them after they cash your funds!
