Exceptional from start to finish! I was an absolute pleasure to have professional, experienced, calm during the stress of moving. Charlotte provided fantastic customer service, even when we had to switch our moving dates. Nothing felt like too much trouble. On the day, Sam and Haseeb epitomised excellence. I was amazing to see their expertise in action: from protecting furniture, dismantling and building furniture and even checking that the television was working in the new property. A delightful experience. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Brilliant service from both the bookings side (Charlotte) and the removal team on the day. We had to reschedule several times due to delays with our house sale but Charlotte was reassuring and efficient. On the day everything went like clockwork and the removal team were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Sam and rana have done the best job for me today it was such a big emotional move for me and it was such a long day they went above and beyond to get my conservatory furniture into the garden climbing roofs the works! :) early, efficient and super friendly!! Cannot recommend enough!
