On the front end of things but have confidence in what I’ve seen to this point. Dylan has been great in accommodating items as needed. I’ll be sure to update this post if needed down the road, but going to be a great partnership.

I enjoy working with my coach (Garrett Goshorn). he helps frame positive and constructive feedback very well. Plus, the leads have been decent to this point.

Garrett and Apex have a great platform for advisors to increase their book of business. The lead program brings you qualified, leads, and the training and staff gives you the tools to close the deals. No other lead system gives you a coach.

Lots of knowlage and education at apex; coaches are great. The marketing stystems work at getting prospects to engage in an initial meeting. However, closed clients need to be higher to warrent the marketing expense. Yes this ultimatly falls on the advisors shoulders to close the deals in front of them.

I have never been part of an organization that provides appointments and also training on how to handle appointments professionally. Overall amazing experience in the first month. Haven’t closed my first deal but working on a couple opportunities.

The entire team is so focused on my success. The systems and procedures they have in place are excellent. My coach, Dylan, is a "Starr"!!

I have been very impressed with all that has been offered by APEX. You never quite know what to expect when you start a marketing program like this, so I was anxious to see what was really under the hood. I was happy to find that in addition to delivering the promised amount of qualified prospects booked on my calendar, they offer daily live training with coaches and peers on every zoom. This is remarkable, and in my opinion, going the extra mile. I have been assigned a sales coach and we meet 1 on 1 regularly and as often as needed in between sessions. The program has been as advertised, and in many ways, better than advertised. I have learned, grown significantly as an advisor and am very happy with the service.

Garrett does an excellent job supporting his clients. He is enthusiastic and candid in his assessments and understands the nuances of effective communication.

They deliver the leads and Garrett is a very helpful sales coach. The daily calls offer the chance to practice in a low risk environment. My only hesitation from a 5 star is I haven’t closed anything yet- but I have 4 accounts that seem”closeable” - not too bad for the first 3 months.

As advertised. The team demonstrates exactly what they advertise. The support from the team on the usability of the apps is very good. The contacts from the marketing are qualified and the systems in place to confirm meetings is excellent. Very turn key, a little leg work to start but once get going it’s very automated. Dylan is excellent in getting you setup and prepared and is very accessible when needed with same day if not same hour response to questions.

Apex is a remarkable company with enormous resources. No matter your level of experience, there is room to learn skills, to be supported in growth by coaches and to benefit from their community platform where you can communicate and learn from peers. Dylan in particular is an excellent coach who goes well above and beyond to get you all the help and answers you need to succeed.

Although we haven't been using Apex for too long (About a month and a half by now), it has been great. The quality of leads thus far have been far and above the quality of other channels we've used.

Justin Mills has been a huge help for me. He is a great sales coach and just an all around good guy to work with. He has a way of breaking things down that actually makes sense and is easy to apply right away.

What I appreciate most is how supportive he is. He is always willing to jump in, answer questions, and help you think through situations. At the same time, he pushes you to get better and stay consistent, which has made a big difference for me.

I have definitely improved my communication and confidence since working with him, and I am starting to see real momentum because of it.

Justin Mills has been a great partner on this effort. The basic challenging of matching clients' key needs with the right adviser is a key challenge for the industry and getting this right can have a major positive impact. It is not a simple or quick process when done correctly, and Apex's professionalism as evidenced by Justin himself has been extremely helpful. Strong endorsement!

The experience so far has exceeded my expectations. When I first came on to take on new clients, I quickly realized that I had no formal training or process for handling leads or working with people who booked appointments through the internet.

What has made this process great so far is the consistent training and coaching that is available five days a week. The company does a great job of connecting you with the right people to learn from and train with.

I’m still early in the journey, and it’s not an easy process to take on, but the training and system provided make it as manageable as possible and give you the support needed to improve.
