A quick Alibaba search shows that this device is being sold for 30$. The shop here in Switzerland sells the device for arround 180$. Do your homework and safe money. Huge scam.

Ordered the ApexHyper bl360. The projector works fine (not great internal volume - would def recommend getting external speakers) but the remote broke after we used it twice. I contacted customer service and asked for advice on how to get a new remote. I was told that they would send me one. It has been three weeks and I have received no remote and no updates. We've had the projector for two months and only used it twice. Very frustrated and feels like a huge waste of money. Would not recommend simply because customer service is so very bad.

In May 2025, I ordered an ApexHyper BL360. Unfortunately, it doesn't work because the plug doesn't make contact inside the device if I don't press it. The projector then immediately shuts down. I made video recordings of it as requested, but never received a response. I'm very disappointed. I hope the company will contact me to exchange the device.

Bestelling geplaatst voor een beamer. Bestelling is zoek geraakt met de post, maar wel als bezorgd neergezet. Contact opgenomen met apexhyper maar zij geven aan dat het bezorgd en dus niet meer in hun handen ligt. Verder geven zij nergens meer een reactie op en zijn helemaal niet meedenkend. Ik dus mijn geld kwijt, en geen beamer!

Apex 360 beamer gekocht, 169 euro werkt niet. Omdat ik twee maanden in het buitenland was heb ik toen pas de beamer uitgepakt en constateerde dat et niet werkt. Conform de wettelijke garantie periode moet je kunnen reclameren dat een produkt niet werkt. Hoor niets, bedrijf staat ook niet in KVK ingeschreven, Denk dus gewoon dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben

Varit i kontakt via e-post i flera omgånger då min vara visar en skugga på filmduken.
Dom ville ha beskrivning på hur jag använder projektor och bild på skuggan som visas. Jag svarade att jag kör via wifi på installerade appar och bifogade bilder på skuggan som syns tydligt.
Har inte hört något mera ifrån dom sedan ....... & ventar fortfarande tålmodigt på svar

I ordered a projector but it was nowhere near it should be if compared to the online video's on this device. I tried to return this under the Dutch Law without 14 days (actually the day after I received it).

First a cumbersome process making pictures, 3 times emails that I need to accept their terms of returning (btw you need to return it to a location outside of the Netherlands) which are not inline with the Dutch law buying something online.

I've finally managed by the grace of this company to return it. Had to share the track and trace 4 times, standard automatic emails, they constantly kept replying that it shows on their side it has not arrived, shared screenshots and their pickup code and pickup location as they were not at home.

Currently the package is being return after 8 days not being picked up. This is going to be a credit card claim.

I ordered a beamer. It arrived pretty quickly, however it was not according to my expectations. The picture in a total darkness and on a white background was of a poor quality.

I decided to return the beamer straight away as the site claims returns and support via e-mail and I have the right to do so within 14 days without explaining a reason according to the Dutch Law. First they did as if they reply by asking the photos of the packed product, which I patiently kept making and sending. They kept saying that they need clear photos. Do I need to hire a photograph and make a photosession so that they accept the return? As an alternative solution in their automatic e-mails they suggest I receive 15% return of the money or resell it. Now they ignore me completely for weeks, while I send the photos and reminders.

Summary: once you buy something of the site and you're not be happy about the quality of the product, there is no custom care and you will not be able to return the product. Think twice and consider buying from a more trusted source.
