Great work! Super helpful and professional.

So much patience. I was able to get my website tweaked and updated by the team at Apexverse. We've built a good working relationships and they are used to my desire for meticulous work and do their best to accommodate me.

I'd made some changes, for example, attached a blog that was incongruous with the site, and they offered to polish things up and make them more accessible to me and my readers. I'd recommend the crew at Apexverse to just about anyone.

I used this company for my small business' website and it worked out great. They did what I wanted for a very reasonable price, and they made whatever changes I wanted.

To give you some background: this was my first time working with a company to create a website. Apexverse came highly recommended from a colleague, and I am glad they were. Emma and her team at Apexverse were wonderful from the first conversation to the last. Every conversation we had was professional and informative. Emma assisted me in creating my logo for branding, and Michael walked me through the creative process.

Emma has the patience of a saint, taking the time to explain and walk me through the technical "behind-the-scenes" aspects of my site. Every question was returned with a prompt and friendly response!

The end result was exactly what I was looking for: a simple, easy-to-navigate site to point potential clients to, and help cement a place for me in cyberspace.

Michael and his team were wonderful. They responded quickly to all requests and changes. They listened to my suggestions and developed a website that is beautiful and will be informative and easy to use for the Expo participants and vendors.

I was approached by Emma from Apexverse after posting for recommendations on social media. She was the first of what turned out to be a lot of inquires so I gave her a shot based off of the professional conversation we had via FB messenger plus the other websites that the company shared with me to check out.

Overall, my experience was very pro and communication was top notch. Anything I needed was promptly taken care of and I ended up getting an amazing website for my business.

If I had one area of critic, it would be that an initial phone consultation breaks the ice a bit. Humanizes the situation and also creates more of what feels like a one on one working relationship. Let’s customers give expectations or just get to the know the person they’re gonna be exchanging email after email of info over the coming weeks/ months. With AI being so prevalent, it’s just nice to know that the person on the other end is in fact, another person.

Whole process was extremely smooth, contact was super-polite and able to work with multiple small 'tweak' requests in the design.
