William is always accommodating, going the extra distance for a senior. He is a good teacher, not just a computer needs provider. I am willing to give a reference anytime.

I liked that they were able to pick up my print; fix it then drop it off. The price to fix the printer was reasonable. I also liked that they explained how to maintain the printer. I would definitely use them again.

Yang did his best to find the problem in my 10 yr. old Epson printer; cleaned it & was able to adjust it enough that I can continue to use it until I can purchase a replacement.
