Nic really helped us when we were looking at buying our first home. We didn’t have much experience or really any clue in the housing market and had only been told horror stories by most of our friends. Nic was really helpful, he explained so much to us to make sure we understood what was available, answered our millions of questions and really gave us some great advice in terms of what direction we could take when we decide to buy our first home or our first investment. He made investing seem like a realistic goal for us (when we didn’t think it would be for a long while) and talked through our options so we had realistic expectations.
