Thank you guys for all your feedback which helped me a lot. I was about to buy this app, as I was looking for good video app. No doubt, the claim on their website is too big and they showed very stunning templates and easy steps to create videos for a one time payment of $19, but after going through all the reviews, I have cancelled my plan to waste the money. I already have a worst experience with similar kind of app where they took a small amount for life time usage but later demanded big amount for upgrades, and unfortunately, all are advertising on facebook. The facebook should also open their closed eyes and stop these people by advertising on their platform.

Their customer service is terrible. I was asking for my credentials for sketch genius and they insist I don't have an account. When I showed them the email to prove it, they insinuated that I was lying and said they had no idea how I had an email sent from them with my info and theirs, proving I purchased sketch genius from them. I wouldnt recommend.

the once-in-a-lifetime fee of 19 dollars and got a notification on 12 March 2025 via email that the payment has been received. But since then I have never gone past the login page. After entering email and password, the login button is never active when I enter. I complained via email and was given several options, including changing password, using a different browser other than Chrome. I have tried to log in using Microsoft Edge and Firefox but still the login button is still not active. Since the purchase adverts of Atistly and Doodly keep flooding my Youtube and I came to realise they are by the same company that sold me Videocreator. As I write this, the date is 12 April, a full 30 days since I paid for the app, and I still cannot log in. I changed passwords, but the "go home" button is not active! I am hoping that since I have lifetime use of the app, one day it will work, but when will that day be?

I purchased VideoCreator, hoping for a smooth and efficient experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The software is quite slow, making the video creation process frustrating. Additionally, the video duration limits are too restrictive, which significantly reduces its usefulness. Customer support is also disappointing – responses are delayed, and it feels like the focus is more on sales than user satisfaction. While the tool has potential, it needs major improvements in speed, flexibility, and customer service.

Video Creator io is total scam by Paul Pona. Don't waste your money in his scam. They provide hardly any 10-15 templates to use. They keep asking for $67 more to use another 30 templates. All those templates are useless. You can't edit the video instead they ask you to buy video editing tool separately. They are total scam.

They promise the moon, but they don't add new templates. Their templates are limited, i asked several times to add more templates.

I paid for a deluxe version but it's wortheless

i am planning on buying this now. but i had Avatar builder from Paul Ponna. great experience hands down. Within 2 weeks i made > 10-12 videos. i open even a chaneel on the youtube sharing my vides.

i bought this videocreator.io App for 50 usd last year but honestly says they are scammers because they only allow me few and very ordinary templets and they rest they showed us in there Ads are marked as Deluxe . and the joke is that they ask for more 30 usd for deluxe upgradation.
please don't trust them. hopefully this will save your money from them.

app.videocreator.io As per usual, the description is rather dishonest, they fail to tell you that the first payment is just that, the first payment, not as explained a life time membership fee. However once paid, hardly anything seems to work without an extra payment, in fact now they ask you for an extra payment of USD67.00 but Oh no you are not finished yet, more payments are also requested to unblock the rest of the extras. Also they are so, so full of themselves. They are teaching you about marketing and so so many things, how to be successful and yet if you look at their Youtube page, Still receiving Spam today sometimes even 2 times a day. This is getting to be harassment.
