Can’t say as I’ve had a product from applied nutrition that I wasn’t happy with & I’ve purchased lots of different products! Communication & delivery times are always 100% prices are very competitive & the freebies are a much appreciated added bonus that many companies don’t bother with! Happy as always.

Excellent way to add extra protein to your day. Add 2 good scoops to 4/5 litres of water and drink throughout your day. Taste is great, plenty of flavours to choose from. I use a blender to mix it with and a small amount of water, which makes it easier. I also add 5g creatine into the mix.
