Detalhes do produto
L-Glutamine Powder
Applied Nutrition L-Glutamine Powder is a pure, pharmaceutical-grade amino acid supplement designed to support muscle recovery, repair, and immune health. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue, but levels can drop significantly during intense training. This premium formula helps replenish depleted stores quickly and effectively, aiding muscle growth and reducing recovery time.
Naturally found in protein, L-Glutamine is conditionally essential during periods of physical stress, helping to maintain performance and support overall well-being. Rigorously tested for quality and banned substances, it’s safe for athletes and perfect for anyone looking to optimise recovery and build lean muscle.

Nice tasting powder that mixes very well. No clumps. Taking for gut healing. Early days but I will finish the pot. One scoop before bed.

It’s usually ok but I received one that smelled very bizarre. If I had been new to the product and therefore had no knowledge of what it should smell and taste like, I would’ve ingested something that might be harmful without realising. So that’s not great
