Not a great experience but I got a refund in the end.

Do not trust!
Ordered a coffee machine(order #23967) and initial communication was good. However, when I chased for delivery details they said it would be with me the following week - it wasn’t. Then there was no further response to emails or voicemails, the phone is never answered.
Refund requests received no response and as per other review I have now had to report to the bank.
I would also advise not to place an order with this business.

Possible Fraud? We ordered aFisher & Paykel (RS90AU2) Built In Fridge on July 18th 2026 (Order #23940). Applienix kept promising delivery every week only for it never to arrive. Eventually we lost patience and requested a full refund. As of 21st August 2026 the money still hasn't been returned and they have stopped communicating with us. We have had to instruct our bank to recover the money. I would advise not ordering from this business.
