When changes are made to a policy, such as an update to the insured address, an administration fee may apply. These fees are set out in our Terms of Business, which are provided at the start of the policy. Each change made during the policy is treated as a separate adjustment, which is why more than one fee has applied.

After receiving several quotes on Go…
After receiving several quotes on Go Compare,I decided to go with Apricot. For comparative cover, they were considerably cheaper than my renewal quote from a firm I had been with over thirty years.
Shortly after I received a call from a young lady to check if I needed any questions answered. She was very pleasant and a pleasure to speak to.
Less than an hour after taking the policy I have received an email with all the pertinent documents for my consideration.
So far.... pleasant, efficient and looking like a good decision.

Towergate who we have been with for a no of years
We have 2 rental properties and despite several calls and emails they continually got the 2 properties mixed up and the name of each property was on page 8
They did not inspire me with mutch confidence
