New Mexico
New Mexico! Worst experience ever. Had 1 year contract with quarterly maintenance that they never held to but billed monthly. When inquired about this, was transferred to supervisors who never answered and then when I tried to cancel was told I would have an early (by 2 months) termination fee, even though they missed two quarters of treatments on two homes, but still charged. They suck and their service sucks. Find somewhere anywhere else. Not worth the headache or rude and discourteous billing, supervising and customer service staff!
Mixed Experience with Aptive
At this point I'm being fairly generous by giving three stars. I'm doing that because I've received great responsiveness from the district manager Sean and the actual technicians have done a good job. However I've had serious issues with their scheduling system and customer response to this from the local Albuquerque office. I came close to canceling my service but I'm hanging in there for the time being to see if the scheduling issues can be worked out. It was recommended I use their portal so I'm going to try using that in the future.

This company is absolutely HORRIBLE. I was charged twice in one month. I haven’t had service in two months.
They cancelled my last two scheduled services and still charged me. They stated to not have availability due to no tech available.

Agreed to service, never called when on way within agreed upon time; I waited; 20 mins prior to end of window, I called again, and was told “sorry your appointment is cancelled; no one to service your address. What I can do for you is reschedule you…” Will report to the BBB and Consumed Protection Agency. Thank goodness I did not pay ahead of time on the link they sent me! BEWARE - this company should be Exterminated!
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I got signed up for the pro plan. They stopped coming after 4 visits (2 of which I had to schedule myself because we still had ants). They have not come for 6 months. I schedule an appointment online twice and it gets canceled without any notice. I called customer service (and they are none USA based) and they scheduled appointments and then no one comes. I am still getting charged monthly and getting no service with no local person (New Mexico) to call.
When the technicians came, they were professional and courteous. I thought I was dealing with a top notch company at first.
But after 6 months of no service, I realize this company is a fraud and has broken their contract. Don’t be fooled by the friendly sales people. Go with a local company with a local customer service team. I am over 60 and ashamed that I got scammed by these people.
Service is not as good as it was…
Service is not as good as it was advertised to be in regards to mosquito control. Not even close! Therefore, the additional cost for their service is not justified. I also did not like their high pressure sales tactics.

Wonderful technicians, horrible customer service
While the door to door people are always thorough and overly nice and polite, the people in the office and answering the phones are rude, dismissive and hard to work with. Not only did they blame us for not getting service when we were supposed to, they then rescheduled our appointments continually without warning or communicating with us, making us wait over 3 weeks to get serviced. When they finally did come, it was only because we had called multiple times and used their website to ensure our appointment was kept. By the time they came, it had been over 90 days since our last service and our property was filled with bugs. The disrespect and lack of concern they showed was astounding.
$199 cancelation fee for no service.
When I called to inquire about service for my home in Rio Rancho, NM, I told the sales person my house had the TRAXX system built in and asked if they could service it. I was told they could. A contract was started for a year. When the Aptive technician arrived he was not aware we had the TRAXX system and told us only the TRAXX company could service it. He took a picture of the TRAXX service port and told us he would get back to us. Never heard from anyone at Aptive. When I called to cancel they are charging $199 cancelation fee even though they can't fulfill the service I told them I needed.

I scheduled an appointment for Service on Friday, February 6 because I was available to be home. Nobody showed up to provide the service the following week. I got a message from the service representative that he was on the way to my home but I was not home. He did come and provide the outside service but was not able to get into the house to do the inside. He said his manager would call me to set up a time for him to come back to do the inside, but nobody has called me. I did reach out to him with no response. I am now paying for services I’m not receiving. This is not the first time this is something like this has happened. I get charged every month but I have to call and make an appointment for somebody to come out and actually provide the service if I didn’t call nobody would show up.I would not recommend Aptive to anybody.
