The time I've had with the company

The time I've had with the company, I wasn't as satisfied because sometimes the people who came to do the work wouldn't execute the job correctly. But the last man who came at the end of May, his name was Derrick. He did an excellent job and was super friendly. He exceeded all my past experiences with previous workers and did the job correctly down to the last detail. He was efficient and truly cared about doing the job for the client.

Dislike- Not sure if it there product…

Dislike- Not sure if it there product or maybe the bugs in my yard are just super, but it seems the product is not effective. Sorry to say but you can try all you want but it does not seem to work against ants. Mosquitoes, wasp, bees, or fleas. Like- they provide great customer service and the staff is nice.

THE TECHNICIAN RULES

THE TECHNICIAN, ELLE, SENT ME A TEXT LETTING ME KNOW SHE WAS ON THE WAY. SHE TEXTED AGAIN WHEN SHE ARRIVED. SHE DID AN INTERIOR SERVICE. SHE WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY WITH EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE. SHE DID A GREAT JOB ON THE SERVICE. NOTE EACH TIME I HAVE CALLED APTIV, THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET A TECHNICIAN OUT THE NEXT DAY. GREAT COMPANY.

Great experience

I really like that the technician takes pictures of where they spray and put out the insecticide. They are always friendly and let you know when they are on their way. It is the little things like this that makes the service a good one.

I got no service in May

I got no service in May. It was scheduled for the 22nd but got cancelled. then it was rescheduled for the 29th. Then cancelled again. I called and told them we were covered up with ants inside and out. so they scheduled it for the 27th. didn't come. so rescheduled for the 30th. Never came. Said we weren't scheduled until June 8th. Rep supposedly came on June 6th. said he rang door bell but no one answered. If he had rang the bell, my dog would have went crazy. the dog nor none of the 3 of us at home heard it. Never saw him. IN the meantime I got a note that the service was completed and to pay the bill. since the company deducted the $120 from my account on Friday night the 5th before the service was even performed I was really upset. I am ready to cancel the service. We were told that they could get rid of our ants and even though he was out on Saturday according to him, we had a double line of ants moving across our entry way. So they were lucky to get a 1 star.

Not too Impressive!!

Texted and informed me when they would be arriving and if there were any areas that needed special attention. I asked them to take care of the two ant beds in the yard and the perimeter of the house as always. When the tech arrived. He did the perimeters I guess, but I was sitting right by the front window and he never went near the ant beds. He got in the truck and took off. I normally hang around and watch them but that should not be necessary after almost a year of servicing my home. I also still have spiders and bugs.

No More Mosquitoes

They do a great job and we no longer have mosquitoes in our yard. They are also careful not to spay any edible fruits and vegetables growing in our yard.

I have experienced a poor business…

I have experienced a poor business model with aptive during my entire subscription. They offer one thing deliver completely different. Their technicians are fine for the most part but the spray they use on the inside stains the floor and leaves a milky substance. They take full advantage of their promissory window of service, stretching out to 88 days on one service.

Very disappointed which is sad because I do like the service techs when they come out. I did have one skip my house and said that nobody came to the door when they knocked but the six cameras that I have facing the driveway missed their arrival.
