Excellent service
The service techs always text me to let me know when they will arrive. They arrive on time. They ask about any problem areas I have noticed and we agree on a plan of action. The techs are professional, courteous, thorough, and efficient. I definitely see fewer bugs in and around the house since subscribing to a treatment plan.

These guys completed this April service when I wasn't present. When I contacted them they responded and then returned to my home to set up traps for me when I told them there was a mouse in the house. They also answered some questions about the products they use outside and assured me they take care not to harm critters like butterflies and honey bees.

Why I like Aptive
