Not to fall for the nice smiles of the salesman’s of APTIVE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ….!!!

Read the small print
They told me no contract we are a serious company if you don’t like us you are free to go
Guess what I had a bad experience with them 4 years ago they charged my account and the technician didn’t even show up
Well they did that a couple of times again and they switched the apples on me saying that that’s my contract I pay even if I needed them or not people don’t use Aptive

We had a deceased rat in our backyard…

We had a deceased rat in our backyard and I called the office. It was after closing but the rep that answered scheduled a pickup for me the next morning. He was very helpful. The rep who came was also very friendly and disposed of the rat for me.

Biggest regret

Update: All lies! They never got back to me!!! Dont do it!!!!!!
Biggest regret. The treatment doesn’t work and they’re charging me an amount I didn’t agree on and was lied to. Now the guy that “helped” me named Marc is ignoring my calls and leaving my text on read. The spiders and mosquitoes are everywhere in my front and backyard. Wish I would of never signed up

I would put zero if possible

I would put zero if possible. They have been out 2 times in the past month with no results. Were supposed to come back again but the guy never showed up. No communication or anything but said he came? I took the day off and was waiting all day. I text this to what is supposed to be customer support but got anything but. Text after text, with the no help. At one point last week they said they would get back to me and I have never heard back. I keep texting them with no luck. Just absolutely the worst customer service I ever experienced.

The technician did a great job in addressing my problem. He listened to my concerns and explained all of my options. He did everything with a smile and I appreciate the level of courtesy and respect that he provided during the visit.

very thorough

The service tech was very thorough as always and completed everything I requested. She took the time to explain my concerns and also came back at the end of the day to finish up, since I had forgotten to put my dog away earlier.

All the staff are wonderful

All the staff are wonderful, communicate well and I have no pest issues since using them, 6 years now. The website should go further out than 2 weeks for reschedule but that's my only complaint. Affordable and efficient and effective 👌

After 3 months of service

The people are friendly and prompt, but we have not noticed a decrease in mosquitos, flies or spiders since starting the service. We have now had 3 services. The 1st service the guy cleaned the spiderweb, no one has done that since.
