Over scheduling.
I have asked time and time again to have my treatments scheduled 3 months apart. However, they continue to schedule at 2 month intervals even though I call to change it every time. Time to find a new pest control company.

It appears that he had just what we needed.
Came early in the morning so we didn't have to wait around all day. He saw what was going on with ants inside the house. He had some bait and did the ants go after it. The next day not nearly as many ants.

Great experience but occasional scheduling issues
Techs are always friendly, professional, and responsive. I’ve had issues with corporate automatically and somewhat aggressively scheduling treatments in addition to what I had originally signed up for. Or, techs showing up in the morning when I had scheduled them for the afternoon. While very frustrating, Aptive has always addressed the issues appropriately and at no additional cost. I plan to stay with the company for now.
