Super easy to work with
Super easy to work with, quality treatment, helpful and quick communication, and reliable as the day is long. I live in a wooded neighborhood adjacent to the creek, and I have pets…so a solid pest control service that is also safe is a must! Aptive has checked all the boxes. The technician that serviced my home…
The technician that serviced my home did not do a very good job. He did not take the time or care to spread the product around my home in a meaningful way. The pictures that he included on my summary were not all of my home. He stated that he spread my yard with granules upon watching my security footage that never happened. After reviewing all my security footage, I found the visit to be very unprofessional.

The technician painted my storm door…
The technician painted my storm door with his product leaving white streaks on a newly painted blue door. I spent 30 minutes cleaning it off and now feel ill as I’m very sensitive to their sprays.
