They were Okay when asked to come out
They were Okay when asked to come out, then they were asked not to come out and still they came. Companies like this need to get the picture and adopt better procedures for customers before they try and pull off scams on people.

My ant problem was not solved at my regular visit so I requested a revisit. Aptive was very accomodating and the ants are now gone. Tyler was a great technician!

Excellent services performed by Anthony
I was visited yesterday by Anthony, my Aptive technician. He texted me in advance of his pending arrival. When he got here we walked about my house where I pointed out my areas of concern. He addressed each and every one of them, and then performed his regular maintenance. He sent me photos as proof of services rendered. Anthony is courteous, curious, and thoroughly capable.
