Y’all don’t keep agreements
No noticfaction upon arrival at my home. So how am I to know if he was here. Pretty much everyone that came out didn’t wipe spider under eaves nor on the left side of the house. I only saw one person do the lawn, which was the person who came in September. Also I was by the person who signed me up there wouldn’t be any issues with me canceling the service at any point and not be penalized cuz I didn’t want it year round. Now y’all want me to continue the service even though I can’t afford it, that’s not what your salesman and I agreed upon. I will be letting people know about your services. Thanks

Aptive Pest Control
We have been using Aptive for many years in our Holly Michigan home! They come out quarterly to spray inside and outside for bugs! Lady bugs, Earwigs, stink bugs, ticks, Flies, spiders, and put traps out for mice. This week yellow jacket wasp were in our family room! I called Aptive they came out the next day and found the nest on our roof and sprayed, put out wasp traps with no additional charge as I had paid my quarterly bill. The staff are very knowledgeable about pests and always text me 30 minutes before they arrive. Also text me a summary of what they sprayed or found while they were at the home. I am so glad they help me keep my home pests free! Thanks Aptive!!

I'm tired of getting the run a round…
I'm tired of getting the run a round from this company. They were supposed to kill the wasps, but instead killed my privacy bushes that I've been growing for 43 years..these bushes were 8 ft tall and 7 ft thick. 3 service men have come to my house, all telling me that corporate office is going to contact me..I've called over and over. I'm tired of being ignored. The worst thing I could have done was to call them. They tried to scam me into signing a contract on a phone and I couldn't read the writing. Next thing, I got an email with a one year contract. Michigan does not have wasps in the winter. I want my property fixed. I'm tired of this scam

It just not I was expecting. I thought there would be some sort of poison that would kill the rodents in the house so that would not still get evidence of the rodents in the house after several months. It appears that they checks the traps on the outside on a regular basis,

A bunch of lies!!!
The sales rep told me that the company would treat my moles in my yard as needed and service my property 3 times a year. What I found out was the company doesn’t treat for moles like the sales person told me or how many times they plan to come out to service my property…every month. Talked with hr department person a few times now each time he will tell you he cares and will take care of the situation but nothing gets done. The company says you can reschedule your appointment online but you Can’t. On my last service visit the rep looked up the chemicals used and found out the last service rep didn’t use the right chemicals to treat for fleas on my yard. So if you Don’t have MONEY to Burn then you better pass on this Company!! I planning to cancel my contract!! What a Waste of Money!!!!

Keep the bees alive
As the service continues, the more I'm becoming disillusioned. Each rep that completes the spraying, has a different routine. The first 2 took long spider web brushes for webs under the front porch.
I haven't noticed anything different except for more and more dead bees. I have emailed 2 months prior, and spoke with a cssv rep that claimed no email access. I'm taking pictures for backup. I was told the application would not harm them. I would like to terminate my contract and not be an accessory to the death of bees. However the rep gave me a discount instead of termination.

Don't show up for scheduled appointments
They continue to reschedule, and then just not show up for appointments. We never got out Sept service.... they just never showed. Looking to get out of our contract due to Breach of Contract.
