If they miss interior service for non availability of the resident they gladly come back to do it prior to be charged. I am taking their service for years.

I had to pay for a service that wasn't even my house. I would get my money back, as they indeed recognized not doing the correct house. I never received my money back.

Not great service
The tech did not even knock on the door to let us know he was there - we wanted an interior treatment which we haven’t been able to do the last 8+ times as we have not been home. Disappointing. He was there less than 10 min and didn’t do the back exterior balcony as well and tons of spiders.

At Aptive, our service professionals are expected to make contact when an interior treatment is requested and to thoroughly service all agreed upon exterior areas, including balconies. Hearing that the visit felt rushed and that spiders were still present is concerning, and it’s not the level of care we aim to provide.

The service technician told me he…
The service technician told me he sprayed my garage (as requested) but 3 minutes later when I went into the garage there was no evidence of him having done that. I asked him about it and he told me that the solution dries really quick. It didn't dry that quick any other place he sprayed. Everywhere else was still wet for about 15-20 min. He didn't spray my garage.

Happy Aptive Customer
When I first signed up for Aptive I wasn't sure what kind of service I would get. However, I can happily say that I have been pleasantly pleased every time the technician comes to visit my home. I have now been an Aptive customer for several years, and every technician that we have had has always been very nice, polite, listens to my concerns and always sends me pics of what they have done. I really have zero complaints about this company. And a little side note, I never send in reviews, but thought this company deserved a good one! :)
