All of my contacts have been positive, They do a good job when its time to come out and spray. This last guy was exceptional. The only thing I don't like is the large window they give you ex: 8-5. You really cant plan your day.

Aptive is easy and effective
Aptiv is very easy to work with. I am usually not home when they do my service, but they send me pictures of everything they've done. They ask me if there are places that need special attention so they make sure and concentrate on the problem areas. I haven't seen a live bug inside for over a year.

Good company, misses mark on scheduling, customer loyalty in associates.
They are a really good pest control company from a chemical mixture and spray application standpoint. But they fall short because a different associate comes to my home every time, and they don't provide a 2, 4, or 6-hour window for when the associate will come. The customer is expected to book a full day from 7-7 pm so they can come like Kings. That is not easy for everyone, and they know that.

The appointment was for a date only with no time range and I prefer a range.
The sprayer was dripping too much inside. I don’t remember seeing spray residue on my windows before (but I may have missed it). Otherwise the service tech was courteous and professional.
