I always appreciate the heads up before the technician arrives. They also ask what I need, which is helpful. Additionally, when I need to reschedule an appointment, the receptionist is always prompt and ensures that I get the correct day.

Kevin text prior to confirm his arrival time, and followed through. He and a co-worker put time and care into completing a thorough job around the foundation of our home, under the eaves, as well as a few seasonal extras. After completion he text a detailed report of exactly what he saw and accomplished. Thank you Kevin!
PS I like your company’s new review system, as this is much more accessible and easy to fill out verses logging into an account - I never made time for reviews using the old system. Thanks to ALL those inspectors before Kevin who have been to our home. 5-Star review to this company!

The technicians are nice and try to be thural . But more recently the product is not working the way it should, which is very frustrating. And Aptive also wants to raise the price for the service.

I like the service, but scheduling it difficult.
I like the service, but I can't control my schedule for when they come. I've tried to pick days when I'm home. I've used the online system, but it only gives me limited windows of times and dates. I've called customer service, but again they are limited in scheduling options. The service is not worth the price if they can't spray inside and they can only spray inside when I'm home. It's frustrating.

The Aptive service man (I wish I could remember his name) was very thorough and took his time treating my property. Unlike the previous service woman. I wish the service treatment was consistent amongst the service providers.
