I’ve lost trust!
My house was initially sprayed several weeks ago and roaches continue to appear in my kitchen. Aptive has been to my house 3 times since the initial spray and the problem continues. I’ve lost trust on the product they use.

Every time a tech came out to the house…
Every time a tech came out to the house they told me something different was on my plan. When i signed up for a certain treatment. They also tried coming out every 3 weeks when i wanted it every 3 months

Thinking about canceling service
Had an appointment scheduled for March 24th, I asked for Cory and for it to be in the evening. I received a call the afternoon of the 24th from a tech (not Cory) who asked me if the time frame was correct. I said it was correct and asked if Cory was going to be doing the service. He said he had to “call (my) boss” and he would call me back. I never got a call back. No one showed up that day. Or the entire next day for that. Then I received an email saying my appointment was now rescheduled. I am so tired of the inability to communicate, the lack of ability for an appointment to go smoothly, and the lack of customer service I have experienced from the company. Cory is the only reason I have stayed with the company. I am thinking I will call tomorrow and cancel my service though. This has all been too much.

Cris was very polite
Cris was very polite and asked if we had any areas of concern, and affirmed we only needed the outside done. He was very thorough brushing the eves, spraying and taking pictures. We hope to have Cris again!
