At the same time, I understand how disappointing it is to still be seeing spiders, webs, and ants after service. That can make it feel like the results aren’t matching the effort, and that’s frustrating.

Consistency and effectiveness both matter, and while different service professionals may rotate, your service plan and notes should carry over seamlessly each visit. If pests are still active, that tells us there’s more we should be addressing.
