I can understand how frustrating this experience has been, especially when expectations around pricing and specific service requests were not met. That is not the experience we want anyone to have with Aptive.

The concerns you raised about the monthly cost and the repeated requests to remove wasp nests, particularly in second floor eaves, are important. When details and photos are provided ahead of time, they should be reviewed so the service professional arrives prepared. When that does not happen, it can feel like your input is being overlooked, and that matters to us.

We also hear your concerns around communication and the lack of personal engagement. Aptive is built on people caring for people’s homes, and when that connection feels missing, we need to do better.
