My APUCash Withdrawal Has Been Pending for 3 Days – No Support Response

I requested a cashout from APUCash 3 days ago, but my withdrawal is still showing as Pending.

I tried contacting their live support, but I received no response. I also tried sending emails to their support address, but the emails are not even going through. I raised support tickets as well, but there has been no response there either.

Basically, my payment is still pending and I have not received any proper response or update from APUCash through any of the available support channels.

I’m writing this review because I don’t want other users to waste their time if withdrawals are not being processed. At this point, based on my experience, I cannot confirm that APUCash pays.

If my withdrawal is successfully processed, I will update this review and share that update as well.

For now, I would recommend that users be cautious and verify the withdrawal/payment situation before spending significant time on the platform.

It’s now been 17 days since I’ve not received a PayPal payout and have still not heard back from the site for multiple support tickets I’ve sent concerning this in just as long. They have not responded to my review here either most likely because Trustpilot is also unable to reach them. I’ve tried to locate all sorts of ways to contact them and discovered that some of the email addresses they provide to contact them are actually labeled as “hello(at)example.com” which is a fake/template holder address that is not usable. Also, when you click on on the one possibly legitimate email address listed that I found “support(at)apucash.com”, my email bounced due to this email address not existing. There are zero methods to get in touch with this company. This is a legitimate case for trustpilot to Institute a zero star rating into the system. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau and consumer financial protection bureau at this point because people are still filling out surveys and completing tasks as I see the scrolling line at the top of the website listing recent completions, and I feel bad that they’re never going to be able to get their money. Someone is getting paid for all of this and it’s not the right people. As far as I’m concerned, this is a complete fraud GPT site.

UPDATE: Lowered my rating to just 1 star. Still haven’t been paid, still have not heard a single reply from them. Wasting my time and energy being stressed over the hope that someone there would actually do their job. Disgraceful “support” if you could even call it support. Recommending avoiding this site when there are so many others. Sorry about the harshness, but you reap what you sow.

A above average offering of offers, surveys and ways to earn. Exciting layout but unfortunately is lacking in important areas. Communication is a huge problem. The only way to reach support is through a chat area support ticket which lets you submit your issue and then who knows if anyone is getting it. There is no confirmation email sent acknowledging that they are in receipt of your submitted issue - a practice today for my experience at every other offer Survey platform I’ve ever does. That being said , my inquires (3) into my PayPal not arriving after what’s going on 2 days at this point (which is another area that they have performed poorly on) have not been answered. The chat area is almost completely broken or malfunctioning (any text entered into the chat posts for approximately 2 minutes then disappears).

I can actually say that it feels like there’s no one there working for this and it feels abandoned.
