SEXUAL HARASSMENT!!!
Do not trust or contact these guys. Im a female and I sent a message via WhatsApp to A&Q interested in purchasing a bed at 11:22pm on Tuesday. Shortly after I received a video from another number by the name of Josh. He was playing with himself sexually. This was quite random as my number was brand new & had only contacted A&Q with it. After conversating with him he admitted to getting my number from the recent message I had sent to the A&Q WhatsApp. I have also sent an email to A&Q using the email address provided on the website. I have also screen shotted and screen recorded the conversation. It goes without saying to be contacted in this manner privately after reaching out to a company is a breach of my personal data along with sexual harassment. I have tried to rectify this matter through Facebook also. They point blank deny the matter and then block you. A shame I can’t upload screen shots as proof. Police will be informed. Disgusting experience!

From the start of my order the service has been unbelievable, the bed got delivered yesterday and wow the quality is unbelievable! It’s stunning, will definitely be ordering again in the future!

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COWBOY COMPANY! They’ll only be helpful till they get their money and soon as they get that communication is none existent paid over £1000 for a bed & mattress and the bed looks like a 10year old made it with faults! Then when explained to “the owner” had multiple excuses for 3/4 weeks, then finally sent me a “engineer” who turn up in sandals and no tool box or equipment! Had to pay someone and get all their mistakes sorted out myself! I have reported them to HMRC be invested for “tax evasion” and also the health & safety executive to be investigated for health & safety in their “factory & engineers” Also don’t want no “we are sorry etc” the company’s been reported and this review is so other people think twice before giving their money.

Used A&Q furniture few times within past 2 years for myself and family have always been very helpful and professional can't beat price or quality nothing is to big or to small to sort out delivery is prompt on time and call beforehand to arrange everything it gives you peace of mind and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Delivery was quick and efficient, bed was exactly like the images and was a very simple set up. Extremely happy with my experience.

Originally was happy with bed after a few days noticed quality of bed was not great and stables were looking to pop through fabric at foot of tv bed, they did arrange to be fixed, we received bed back and noticed damage to corner with asked again for either compensation or to be fixed, however not had a great response

I’ve just got a super-king bed from A&Q - before we start on the product, the customer service is the best i’ve ever seen. From the start you have support and quick responses at even after working hours. The gentleman had been really helpful sharing real pictures which helped making the purchase easier.

The quality/ material and the finishing of the bed is better than any other high street brands charging extortionate rates. While assembling the bed i had constant support on messages and it made it really an easy task. I must recommend A&Q beds! One of the very best.

My bed is amazing , the quality is outstanding, this is why I went back to them and ordered for the second time. Delivery was early so no waiting around all day . When contacting them they were so helpful, got straight back to me so thank you and the price was brilliant, definitely recommend this company so thank u for another amazing bed

DO NOT BUY from this company. Their beds last a couple of months and then the bed base will break because it's literally cardboard underneath. Had one replaced and the same thing happened to the second one also. Poor poor quality of beds and bad service, they will refuse to give you a refund also and say they don't do refunds.
