I purchase a Samsung water filter - Samsung DA97-17376B. The product that turned up is not a genuine Samsung product. It's doesn't have the Samsung authentication tag. I called Samsung who confirmed all their filters have an authentication tag. Scam company!

I have never had to write a bad review about a company I have bought something from on-line, but this company is just a fraud. I have fallen for the buy 2 get 1 scam they are operating. I ordered 2 Samsung fridge filers and received just one. I have emailed multiple times to complain and ask for the second filter but the only way to contact them on their web site is via the sales email. They dont answer anything, they have not got a phone number on the web site, or at Companies House.
Their web site shows a filter manufactured by Water Filter Tree, a USA company who make good filters for Samsung fridges. I received a filter with a Rock filter label which on a close look at its label has the same address as Aquafilters so I can only presume they buy in cheap filters and relabel them. I have asked them for a return label to send this one back, but again nothing back from them.
This company has only been in existence since February 2023, I dont think it will be around long.
Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two Samsung Fridge Water Filters and paid for both of them. I received an email confirming that I had order two however I only ever received 1 filter in the post. I contacted the company several times by email but did not get a reply and I can't seem to find a contact number for them. I definitely would NOT recommend this company and I'm sorry I didn't read the honest reviews that previous customers had left before placing my order.

My filters never arrived. During email correspondence with Aquafilters they tried to suggest I had been away when delivery was attempted. Security cameras expose this as a simple untruth. They said they would send another filter; nothing arrived. I have requested a refund...no response.

Avoid at all costs...at best Aquafilters is the most ineffcient and poorly managed enterprise I have ever come across. At worst - and more likely in my view - those behind it are simply conducting ongoing fraud.

They sent wrong product, was quick to take it back off me,but then I never heard anything again, despite many requests for a refund!

Like many reviewers, I've been scammed by this company. Ordered two Samsung filters and only received one. Have chased repeatedly but have heard nothing. This scam needs investigating.

I ordered 1 pack of x3 Samsung DA29-00003F Fridge Water Filters but unfortunately only received 1 actual filter in the post.
I contacted the company several times by email but they did not respond and did not send the outstanding filters or issue a refund.
Thankfully I payed by credit card and got my money back.
I definitely would NOT recommend this company and after reading all the other reviews wonder if this is how they make their money. Seduce customers with competitive prices and then not send the ordered products and hope they lose interest in getting a refund.

Ordered Samsung DA97-17376B/HAF-QIN Fridge Water Filter on 10th July. I got an email 12th July telling me the order was on the way. Chased on 12th August after not receiving anything. Someone called Lucy replied with a cock and bull story about supplier issues. I asked for a refund 19th August and got an automated reply about the cancelled order 25th Aug. It’s now 25th September and still no refund. Scam company. Please every one avoid at all costs. Will try to get £50 refund through CC company now, but not confident. Again people. AVOID AQUAFILTERS.COM

I wish I read the reviews first!! I ordered a Samsung DA2910105J Inline Fridge Water Filter on the 3rd Aug with the payment being taken straight away and still have not received anything, I have chased them on a couple of occaisions with no reply. DO NOT USE!!
Note to self.... next time check the reviews and use a credit card or paypal

Placed an order on the 3rd August and was told it had been 'despatched' contacted 'customer services' and have had no response or resolution.

I. Ordered a pack of 4 filters to fit my Samsung fridge freezer priced at £12.99 each the parcel arrived reasonably promptly but only contained 3 filters having emailed them 3 times I have received no resolution

Order arrived quickly. A query I had was answered straight away. Good service. Would recommend.

Good experience. Items order on Tuesday, delivered 2 days later. Items has arrived. Well packaged. The filter was installed without too much hassle. However I did have some trouble reading the instructions, which I was helped with the installation process. the filter is now installed and working. My husband was talked through it, on how to install and should be plain sailing moving forward. Cant really fault anything, other than its a water filter, that filters and cleans my water. tHANK YOU sneding, and I will be buying again.

Ordered Samsung fridge filter over two weeks ago. Payment taken immediately and confirmation email received. Like other people's experience, nothing turned up after two weeks so tried contacting them via 'contact us' and email. No response after 48 hours. Sent another email this morning and received an email almost immediately saying dispatched 1st August. Received this morning (3rd August). Product does appear to be genuine (not fake as others may have suggested). Recommendation to company would be to work on your customer service/response times. If these were good, I would have given 5 stars.

Similar experience to others. I ordered a twin pack of the Samsung DA2900003G Fridge Water Filter on 7 July.

Only 1 turned up on 14 July. Someone called Linda replied to my second email on 18 July and said she would get the other one shipped right away.

No response to my further two follow up emails as of 2 August.

Very frustrating that I am having to chase like this.

Ordered - said dispatched 2 days later - then apologised for no stock and would be sent direct from Samsung w/c 10 Jul. Shopify show item dispatched but 2.5 weeks later - not arrived. No response to email/contact form. No contact number on website, nor when searching.

Now in dispute with CC company, subscription cancelled

Ordered replacement at "full cost" elsewhere and a week later the item arrived from Aqua filters. BUT the Samsung genuine check (a magnet/barcode like system was missing), so I assume it's not actually a genuine filter.

Not heard from Aquafilter, nor CC provider. Hey ho. It's the lack of action from Aquafilters that makes the whole thing suspect

Scam website. Ordered a triple pack of filters but only received a single filter. Delivery also took far longer than advertised. Seller does not respond to several emails or via their website contact form. No actual address or telephone available for business. The filter received looks genuine but now concerned from other reviewers it’s a fake. I have requested a charge back via my bank.

Do not order from this fraudulent company. I ordered 2 Samsung water filters and despite receiving an email saying 'the items are on their way,' they never arrived. I've sent multiple emails to follow up with no response at all. There is no telephone number on the website which I should have clocked before ordering. I've now contacted my credit card company who is now dealing with the issue.

Yet another company passing themselves off as UK based yet in truth operating overseas (probably china). No contactable customer services. Another rip off merchant.

Wrong filter sent and the company has made no response to my attempts to contact them. I will not let this go and will continue to seek a refund and expose this company for their malpractice as reflected in other customers' reviews.
