Very fast and efficient in booking and arranging the appointment. The staff on the phone are friendly and helpful and the engineer was great. Very down to earth and friendly but most importantly, he was honest. Very much appreciated.

Called aqua heat about laying a new gas pipe, having explained multiple times this wasn't a simple job and needed groundwork as well as a new pipe, I was assured work could commence on the 15th thus paid the ludicrously high call out.cost of £180 (supposed to include first half hours work).

Upon turning up at my house, the job had not been explained to the engineer, the half hour I paid for was for the engineer to complain to his team about not been able to do anything on this job, so they quoted me for the full job, over £1600 for what is apparently a 8 hour job (i have spoken with other gas cert engineers and they have said 4 hours max) its outrageous. Over £1100 in labour?!?! The only saving grace is the rectifying of the initial call out charge from Mark.

We had a problem with our boiler on Sunday morning. The lovely Rajko was with us within 2 hours. The problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

At every stage, Aquaheat were efficient, responsive, reliable and pleasant. The same engineer, Rajko, had to come out to me three times in order to solve the problem. He was incredibly patient, and helpful with irritating things like finding the stop tap, as well as with sorting out the plumbing problem. I knew he was determined to get to the bottom of it, and if anybody could sort it out, it was him - which he did very effectively! Would highly recommend this company and Rajko, I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Aqua heat have been absolutely brilliant. We've had plumbing stresses while I've been recovering from leukemia and after dealing with unhelpful suppliers giving us the wrong parts/bath size, the guys that came to us were nothing but kind, professional and understanding. They even sat with my partner at the computer to ensure the right parts were sorted and turned a bit of a disataster into a stress free fix. I'll be using aquaheat for all my plumbing needs from now on, as they're also really easy to get in contact with, thank you so much!

After finding water coming through my kitchen ceiling I was a little panicked. Called Aquaheat and they calmed me down and got a plumber out super quick. The problem was fixed quickly thanks to Stuart and I could get on with my day with one less thing to worry about. Have already recommended these guys to friends and family after my experience yestersay.

An exceptional first-rate service. Water was rapidly spraying out of the pipes and starting to flood utility room floor. I called Aquaheat and spoke to Kellie who on hearing the noise immediately called an engineer. Kellie very supportive and understanding of my stress and within 20 minutes John arrived. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, diagnosing and fixing the problem within 30 minutes. Kellie kept in phone contact with me until John arrived. The level of service Aquaheat provided was first rate and I would highly recommend them.

The engineer who attended our home was extremely professional and explained exactly what the problem was, why he believed it had occurred and what work he was going to carry out on our boiler.

He also answered a few questions I had about the work and gave some helpful advice about future care for our boiler.

He tidied up very well and overall provided an excellent customer service.

Fab service. My second time using Aquaheat as they did a good job the first time (general plumbing repairs). Today the heating was playing up, so Stewart and Pat came out to repair a broken radiator valve. They explained everything they did as they did it, and were able to get me a quote for the next thing that needs repairing.

The company are quick with quotes, clear about their costs, and on time for their appointments.

Excellent customer service, highly recommended. Engineer Stewart sorted my boiler problem in seconds, gave of his own time to give me much advice and info.

Having just moved to the area and suddenly being without hot water I rang Aquaheat knowing they were local.
I was given various call-out prices according to the urgency requirement. Having chosen the same day option, a lovely engineer came within 2 hrs. Unfortunately a non stock item had to be ordered and, as it was the weekend, I envisaged having to wait ages to get hot water again but on the Tuesday morning I had a call to see if we were at home. Again within a couple of hours their engineer Stuart arrived.
We were thougherly blown away with not only the work he did in a timely and efficient manner, but the help and support that this lovely guy gave us was nothing but amazing and I mean that from the bottom of my heart ❤️

We had some work done to our wet underfloor heating system which wasn’t working. Communication with the Aquaheat office via Leanne was excellent. The engineer, John, was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issues and performed the work diligently and to a high standard. When the work became tricky he persevered to ensure the job was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend Aquaheat. Thank you for your care and attention.
