What a relief. This system is super easy to install. The company is easy to deal with and answered all of my questions promptly. I have recommended the business to others. I will be back to replace the filters in due time

Received the unit without instructions…
Received the unit without instructions about installation. Housing unit could not be opened. Discovered after googling set up that housing wrench is required to open housing unit. Housing wrench not included in package mailed to me. Indicates sloppy customer service.
