The checkout process was easy! AquaTru provides so much information and resources. Of all of the options of RO filtration systems, AquaTru is the original, tried and true, and I knew it was the one I wanted. Thank you to Alex Clark for her podcast from several years ago!! My package came neatly packed and in perfect condition. I’ve been using the countertop system for about a week now and will never go back to regular filtered water! I’m excited to purchase other products in the future but will have to wait and save up. Thank you, AquaTru team for all you do!

Water purity is good and it’s convenient

Wish the filter wasn’t so expensive. Also the mold build up is disgusting, even though I constantly clean it.

I was supposed to get a call back weeks ago from a supervisor and never received a phone call. The original person I called was unhelpful and rude. I need my filters reset on app, wasn’t working with my multiple attempts. Not sure why this is a hard ask.

The AquaTru unit itself is amazing! One sip of water from the RO purifier and you will never go back to tap or bottled water! - At this point, I can't even calculate how much time, money and energy I have saved by not purchasing bottled water!

Beyond that, I cannot say enough about their customer service support. I have reached out with questions and always receive a response within 24 hours. They are kind and helpful! I recommend this product to anyone interested in keeping themselves healthy!

It is working well for me

Slow to get the filters out unacceptable in this day and age of Amazon. I ordered on a Wednesday it didn’t ship till Monday even though the label was created Thursday and then I got it on a Friday so it was 10 days from the time I placed the order to it actually got here more than a little disappointed, I’m having to buy bottled water after not having my classic aqua true device for three years. This is quite a disappointing way to come home and get it all started up again. I’ve got the survey but guess what? I don’t have the filters yet maybe tomorrow!!!

Have been using AquaTru carafe system since Oct 2025. Appreciate having cleaner water for drinking & cooking. Tastes better!

The products are wonderful. We're very happy with the quality of the machine that we bought as well as the filters. The filtration system has made it so that our water is so pure. I seldom have to clean my coffee pot. They used to have to clean my coffee maker at least six times a year. Now it seems like it never requires it. That just tells you how much it's taking out of the water

Good: The order was easy to do on the web site and the products was delivered quickly and without damage in transit.

Bad: the only way to order blue filter is with one year or two year pack, not say one filter of each kind. VERy Very annoying

My picture broke and it was of no fault. Other than it just broke the company replaced. It got it to me right away. Customer service was amazing and I just had the product for a little less than a month. Love the product love the customer service highly recommend thank you so much for the support.
