I love this perfum this is the best I ever bought the smell lasted for a long time I love strong perfume I would recommend this

I absolutely LOVE Arabian Oud oils. Unfortunately many have been discontinued and not being sold on the shops anymore. I’ve placed another order online and received my oil quickly as always. Absolutely love Their unique aroma and how long they continue to smell on my skin.

Easy to shop on-line, items arrive quickly and safely.

Regarding the service (website):
The website is great, well designed. The free deliveries are fast with tracking. I've ordered online 3 times already, the products always arrived in excellent condition.

Regarding the brand in general:
Arabian Oud is one of my favorite brands. The quality of the products is outstanding. They have 3 stores in London so if you have the opportunity to stop by and try their products I'd recommend you to do it. Plus, they do have a few sales every year with great deals.

I have bought Kashmir Musk and Jabel Al Cotton... As per description, both were supposed to be long lasting for 6 hours or so. But it didn't even last for 2 hours. Really diappointed by wasting more than £400.

10 out 10 will be buying again

So I ordered a new perfume but when taking my details, it asked for my company name which confused the delivery address and hence my order was cancelled and I was asked to put in the right delivery address again. It just put me off so I went to buy another perfume from another company.

Not having a smooth customer journey compared to other perfume websites put me off hence the preference. I would say improve your ux for a seamless customer journey.
