Great communication, prompt delivery, good quality product. Printed assembly instructions/pictures could be clearer as construction mistakes can occur due to the ability for sides and back sections fitting together in incorrect configuration

Great product competivly priced
The delivery was on time,taken into my garden and placed where I wanted it. Assembly was simple, instructions on you tube were easy to follow. All the parts of the decking were in good order and present with a few spare parts if mistakes were made. All in all a very cost effective solution that I would highly recommend.

Some of the wooden construction was wet…
Some of the wooden construction was wet and slightly warped making proper fitting a little difficult, but on the whole the purchase was a relatively good experience.

No problem with the quality of the…
No problem with the quality of the product, however, I called their offices in response to an email requesting my bank details to refund my PayPal payment. Their employee was disrespectful and rude refusing to accept that the refund had to be initiated through PayPal. Hec stated several times if I wanted a refund I would need to provide my bank details. I initiated a PayPal dispute and received my refund via PayPal. They were flippant in their response to this matter.

To clarify: your order was placed via PayPal Express Checkout on our Shopify store. When our team attempted the refund through Shopify, the process failed because the payment gateway used was PayPal, not Shopify Payments. Unfortunately, this led to our team mistakenly asking for bank details, which was not appropriate. We recognise this error and sincerely apologise for both the confusion and the way it was communicated to you.
The refund was later correctly processed through PayPal, which is the proper procedure, and no further details from you were required. We have since updated our internal processes and re-trained our staff to ensure this does not happen again.
