Steve at Arc has been fantastic. Received a call from him today to let me know my business contract was due for renewal, not only did he reduce our cost per month for the service but my package was increased along with a new handset.
Steve had also gone through our account to ensure that the services we are using were correct and were at the best possible cost. Subsequently further reduction in cost for our services were made.

Unwanted spam. I received numerous emails from them. Each one is more annoying and more pushing. I never was their customers. Company who send aggressive spam to random people can’t be trustworthy…… if you want to investigate, best will be ask your managing director who send that spam: antony@

I needed a new handset and a sim only contract.

I now had a brand new handset on the way, and also had a deal better than I had previously with 3 even after 8 loyal years of being a customer.
