I ordered a Mario & Luigi arcade machine for a 40th birthday gift. The artwork was amazing, lots of games really well built machine. We really love it and would highly recommend Arcade Mania.

good communication and purchase through to delivery was very good.
Did not get a reply regarding future software improvements, this may not be part of a support warranty as I know of but maybe a good future option

When I got the arcade machine to my home in Israel - it was broken. I had to spend a lot of money to fix it. I don't know whose fault is it - Arcade Mania or the shipping company, but the fact is I got a broken arcade machine.
However, customer service was great therefore I'm not giving this review 1 star.

Great design, price, service and device. Love it!

The price is very good and the build quality is excellent, as is the customer service. I brought mine with me to Portugal and it looks great in the apartment. My neices husband bought one and I bought mine on his reccomendation. I reccomend them to anyone looking for a good buy.

Received my arcade machine a few days ago.The Back To The Future design is great, bright and colourful.The controls very easy to use and configured for all the games.Have only tried a few games so far, easy to handle. Saving up now for anther machine. Five stars not enough, I would give it ONE MILLION.

I can honestly say this is one of the best companies out there for customer service and superior quality products. I ordered the full arcade, bartop and stand, and am very pleased. The product itself looks and feels so much better than the images on the website, it truly is better than the arcade cabinets from yesteryear. Also nothing is a bother with the service from this team, as they go out their way to ensure you are happy with what your ordering, and the aftersales support is simply spot on. If your thinking about ordering something from this business, just do it, you will not be disappointed.

Not often I leave reviews but these guys certainly deserve all the credit they get! From my very first contact with Rod to delivery of my machine, has been nothing short of pure quality service. They helped me with my design, responded quickly to my frequent emails (everyday!!), and ultimately delivered on putting together an awesome machine. The quality of the finish is superb, as if it has just come out of a hitech factory outlet!! These guys demonstrate a clear passion for what they do and will not let you down. I contacted various other manufacturers of arcade bar-tops and instantly knew that Rod and his team at ArcadeMania were the ones to build mine!! No doubt about it!! I opted for just the bar-top with retropie installed....enough games to keep you entertained for a lifetime...all running as smooth as you could wish. Don't hesitate to get in touch with them if you are considering a build. Just do it!!

Hi everyone, this was my first experience with Arcade Mania. Let me tell you these guys are awesome. Other than the product they sell I have to tell you that one of the best products they have is customer services. I was treated with patient and respect during the hole purchase process. I order decals for one bartop cabinet and they were really worried to meet my artwork decal preferences, they came out awesome! Let me tell you i am from another country and shipping cost to send the merchandise to my location is very expensive. But decided to continue doing business with the arcade mania guys because you will not find this kind of service, patient, orientation and quality products with other sellers, trust me on this! Now I am starting a new order with them and they already began making question to ensure I am happy with the results. I just have to thank Rob and everyone working in arcade mania for everything. Thank you guys! 😊

Purchased an Atari themed bartop/stand from Arcade Mania purely based on the rave reviews viewed online and they didn’t disappoint.
Was alerted that item would be dispatched for a Tuesday morning arrival and that’s exactly what happened.
High quality packaging ensured that my items were received in perfect condition..
Quality of items impeccable with a build quality second to none.
Have contacted Arcade Mania on a number of occasions regarding tech issues and have been dealt with in a quick friendly and professional manner..
I would not hesitate in recommending Arcade Mania to anyone contemplating investing in one of these fine machines.

I work in retail and i know how "very sensitive and demanding people"are,with their very unrealistic expectations of what they now expect as fair customer service
it does not seem to matter anymore,as people use websites like trust pilot to put their petty complaints in all there glory,for others to see..Oooh they must feel so good about themselves.
Next time you do it,consider this..People rely on jobs and your petty complaint,may mean their employment being terminated.
Can you tell i need a job away from retail?..Any suggestions,greatly welcomed

Anyways,enough of the rant..My point being is that,genuinely bad customer service and products,naturally and psychologically makes us not want to purchase anymore products when a bad experience is related to a purchase
Now i come to arcade mania..I was on the fence about buying an bar top,as i'd seen some really inferior products on eBay and the internet itself..
Now instead of being a whingeing cry baby,and decrying products,i sent some messages to the lads at arcade mania,and right from the start,i knew i was making the right decision
The lads know its not a cheap purchase,and from the first question,i knew i was in good hands
The bar top itself,well the craftsmanship,the detail is outstanding..The artwork is perfect,the joysticks and buttons,as you remember them from the arcades..There are no cheap components..It's a tank,built to last
I can tell that Rod,and the lads are passionate about what they do,and 3 months later,questions are still being answered,long after my purchase
That is something that shouldn't be taken for granted,as customer service seems to be a dying art...

If you want my advice,and are unsure,just do it,buy a bar top and the full raspberry pi package,,Oh and definitely get the volume button put on at the front..It makes a difference,if you plan on night time gaming,and don't want to disturb anyone

I've relived many memories from my childhood,but also Rod and the lads re established my faith in customer service that is excellence at its finest

Im giving the bar top and more importantly everyone who helps to create these works of arts,a big 5 stars,and really hope they continue to grow as a company..

Fantastic again from arcademania
Had my arcade close to a year now and the after service is still absolutely brilliant
I was having trouble changing my arcade buttons over to illminuted buttons,
they said bring it down and were sort it for which they did free of charge.
Nothing is a problem for these guys, always thinking of there customers.
Was a pleasure to meet the guys in person and what nice and friendly ppl they are,
i also got to view some of there fantasic work in progress.

Wow! These are easily the best home arcades on the market, I ordered a Space Invaders Themed Arcade it arrived in a week, these are beautifully made and look stunning, exceeded all my expectations, ordered Blue LED buttons and a front Amp (volume) the artwork is stunning the stands are amazing, packed full of retro games, can't get better and i've had a few different machines in the past but this just blew me away, if you're looking for a home arcade this is it!!! price wise and arcade wise i doubt you'll get better than this............i'll probably buy another machine or 2 later on
