Couldn't be happier. The download I purchased from them isn't complete with every ROM but it's pretty close and saved me tons of time rather than curating then myself. 10/10 would do it again. If I move from Retrobat to Batocera I may end up puchasing again just to save from having to customize all the folders myself for boxart and manuals.

Just would like to take time out to say how good these people are. There products are by far the best on the market, secondly the main reason is there aftercare with there customers. I had an issue and the guys resolved my issue within an hour nothing to much for them brilliant service and great support keep up the good work. Highly recommend

Last time I ran into a lot of issues trying to download the files.

I tried again and this time there was 0 issue on downloads or install. Glad I tried again under his new system

The item didn't work

Excellent, exactly what I was looking for.

I have purchased several items from them but had PC issues when i upgraded to windows 11. The Tech support they offered was fantastic, patient and informative. Absolute stars in the field A1+++++++

I recently purchased an 8tb HDD pre loaded with the Batocera front end from Arcade Systems and i can say that I am really, really pleased with my choice of buying the hard drive and doing so with this supplier.

The Drive was purchased at the start of the year and despite it being a little delayed (due to Xmas post) Scott at Arcade systems communicated with me thoroughly throughout to keep me updated.

When I first enquired about the drive I explained that I wasn't 100% familiar with retro emulation and would likely need setup support and help. Scott was brilliant - he really went out of his way to help me and provide me with advice (not least, he did this over a weekend, and out of retail hours - nothing was too much trouble).

Scott is really knowledgable and his help has been invaluable.
The drive itself is absolutely amazing and (for me) it's been worth every penny.

I have since made a couple of other technical enquiries (related but not necessarily enquiries that would lead to further income for the company - but again, Scott couldn't do enough to help.

I would highly recommend Scott and Arcade systems to anyone looking for any type of Arcade / Emulation setup.

Bought the 20TB hard-drive. Took a little while to arrive due to Christmas break but communication was great. Had a few issues with initial set up but Scott guided me through and sorted any issues quickly. Would buy from here again

Bunch of amateurs, won't allow customers to purchase more than one download, they ban you if say anything ridiculous service, customers are king, without them you don't have nothing avoid

I have the 8Gb, 16Gb and now the 75Gb Launchbox downloads in my collection. Really great service and support. The content is impeccable and easy to import and configure.

Great product and great service. I had an issue with my product where it would not boot up. Scott provided speedy support and offered to send a replacement item. Turned out to be an issue on my pc which was sorted quickly.

This is the second item I have purchased from them and extremely satisfied both times.
